Ku-ayurveda, ibhalansi ye-doshas yomuntu kucatshangwa ukuthi ichaze ukungafani komuntu ngamunye kanye nethuba lokugula. I-dosha engalingani ikholelwa ukuthi iyaphazamisa ukugeleza kwemvelo kwamandla amakhulu, noma i-prana.

Ukuphazamiseka kwamanzi ukugeleza kucatshangwa ukuthi kungonakalisi ukugaya futhi kuvumele ukwakhiwa kwemfucuza yomzimba, noma ama-ama, okwenza kube lula ukuphazamisa amandla nokugaya.

I-vata dosha iyinhlanganisela yesikhala nomoya. Ilawula ukunyakaza futhi ibhekene nezinqubo eziyisisekelo zomzimba ezifana nokuphefumula, ukwehlukaniswa kwamaseli nokujikeleza.

Izindawo ze-Vata zomzimba yizinambuzane ezinkulu, i-pelvis, amathambo, isikhumba, izindlebe, namathanga. Abantu abane-vata njengabadoti abayinhloko bakholelwa ukuthi bayashesha ukucabanga, okuncane, futhi okusheshayo, futhi bangabhekana nokukhathazeka, isikhumba esomile nokuqothulwa.

I-kapha dosha imelela izakhi zamanzi nomhlaba. U-Kapha ukholelwa ukuthi nguye obangela amandla, ukuzivikela, nokukhula. Izindawo ze-Kapha zomzimba ziyisifuba, amaphaphu, kanye nomswakama womgogodla. Abantu abane-kapha njengabadoti babo abakhulu bacatshangwa ukuthi bazolile, babe nesimo somzimba esiqinile, futhi banesifo sikashukela, ukukhuluphala, ukucinana kwesono, nezinkinga ze-gallbladder.

I-pitta dosha ihlanganisa umlilo namanzi. Kucatshangwa ukulawula ama-hormone kanye nesistimu yokugaya ukudla. Izindawo ze-Pitta zomzimba yizinambuzane ezincane, isisu, izigulane ezikhukhulayo, isikhumba, igazi, namehlo. Abantu abane-pitta njengabadoti babo abayinhloko bacatshangwa ukuthi banomuntu ovuthayo, isikhumba se-oily, futhi banesifo senhliziyo, izilonda zesisu, ukuvuvukala, ukuguquka kwesifo senhliziyo, kanye nesifo samathambo.

Ukuhlola Okuvamile

Ukuhlolwa kokuqala nomsebenzi we-ayurvedic kungadlulela ihora noma ngaphezulu. Udokotela uzovame ukubuza imibuzo enemininingwane mayelana nempilo yakho, ukudla nokuphila. Uzolalela amaphuzu angu-12 ahlukene we-pulse kuma-wrists akho.

Udokotela we-ayurvedic uphinde ahlole ulimi lwakho ukuze uthole izinkomba mayelana nezindawo zomzimba ezingase zingalingani. Ukubonakala kwesikhumba, izindebe, izipikili, futhi amehlo nawo uyabonakala.

Ngemuva kokuhlolwa, udokotela ngokuvamile udala uhlelo lokuphathwa kokwelapha olubandakanya ukudla, ukuvivinya umzimba, amakhambi, i-yoga, ukuzindla nokusikhipha. Uhlelo lwezokwelapha ngokuvamile lugxila ekubuyiseleni ibhalansi ku-doshas eyodwa noma amabili.
